What Do Big River Trout Actually Eat?

On today's blog I would like to share a short video of what river trout actually eat. I took a "stream sample" and always find it interesting to see what the trout are preying on under the water's surface. There are lots of big food items under there and its good to remember what we are actually trying to imitate!
